About

An operator's view of technology, brought to capital.

Jacob Meadow Associates is an independent advisory firm for executive leaders and boards. The principals lead every engagement.

JMA was founded to bring operator-grade technology strategy to executive leaders and boards. The firm treats every engagement as a capital decision rather than a project, and delivers it through a proprietary method, the DAAEG framework, that moves a decision from intent to value under governance that holds.

We are paid by our clients alone. We hold no resale agreements, earn no commissions on tools we recommend, and accept no compensation for referrals. That independence is the precondition for the rest of the work.

The principals

Senior judgment from both sides of the capital equation.

Every engagement is led by principal and senior consultants who own the strategy, design, and oversight of the work.

Founding PartnerHarrison Lewis

Harrison Lewis

Three-time CIO, retail and grocery operator

Before founding JMA, Harrison spent more than two decades inside HEB, Kroger, and Lowe's Home Improvement, running retail operations, supply chain, procurement, category management, pricing and price intelligence, B2B commerce, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce. He has also served as a chief information officer three times, including as CIO of Haggen Food & Pharmacy and of Northgate González Market, both respected, family-owned grocers.

He brings the perspective of someone who has sat in the chair, made the calls, and lived with the consequences. He writes and speaks on technology as a business issue at harrisonallenlewis.com.

Partner, Strategic Delivery & InnovationAshwani Kumar

Ashwani Kumar

Enterprise architect, transformation delivery

Ashwani leads how JMA's strategy gets executed. An enterprise architect with more than twenty years delivering large transformation programs, he turns complex operating problems into roadmaps that consolidate systems, reduce cost, and hold delivery to measurable results.

He works directly with CXOs across retail, healthcare, and financial services, where he has led multimillion-dollar programs judged on operational efficiency, compliance, and revenue rather than implementation milestones. His role ensures that what JMA recommends can actually be executed, operationally, financially, and organizationally.
